Frances Bardsley School was built in 1910. This substantial grade II Listed building was remodelled to form 12 apartments and 2 duplex galleried houses with the close involvement of English Heritage.
The project was completed in 2006 and has recently won the Built-In Quality Award from the London District Surveyors Association.
