Work included the restoration of much of the original brick fabric of the buildings and required research and reports into the local Great Crested Newt and bat populations with measures undertaken to protect this wildlife during and after building work. A complete re-build of the tower was needed due to failing existing brickwork, all to photographic records, to form a bespoke single residence with a roof top garden. Surface water drainage is used to revitalise the surrounding shelterbelts of trees and hedgerow.
